Azienda Della Valle Jappellj is a small artisan winery in Casertavecchia, Caserta, founded in 2002 by Francesco Jappelli and the Della Valle family. The 1-hectare estate at over 500 meters elevation specializes in recovering ancient indigenous varieties including Pallagrello Bianco, Pallagrello Nero, Casavecchia, and Troiana, producing just 5,000 bottles annually with traditional, low-intervention methods.
