About the Winery

Azienda Agricola Sciara is a boutique Etna winery founded in 2014 by Stef Yim, a Hong Kong-born winemaker, with vineyards across nine contrade on Mount Etna's northern, western, and southern slopes. The estate produces natural, organic wines from high-altitude vineyards (760m, 980m, and 1200m), expressing different volcanic terroirs through Nerello Mascalese and other native varieties.
