About the Winery

Colle Sereno was founded in 1975 by Giuseppe Mogavero in Petrella Tifernina, Campobasso, as a pioneering estate that introduced varieties like Falanghina to Molise's hinterland at a time when viticulture was largely practiced only domestically. Today the family-run estate manages approximately 80 fully organic-certified hectares across three distinct zones—Mirabello Sannitico at 600 meters for Tintilia, Petrella Tifernina at 400 meters overlooking the Biferno River, and Campomarino near the sea—producing wines from Tintilia, Falanghina, Montepulciano, Cabernet, Merlot, Chardonnay, and Aglianico.
