About the Winery
Claudio Vio is a small, family-run winery in Vendone, Liguria, founded in the 1970s by Ettore and Natalina Vio and now tended by their son Claudio and his wife Maria Grazia. The estate cultivates just two hectares of tiny, terraced mountain plots at 300 meters above sea level, producing highly sought-after Pigato and Vermentino with hand harvesting and native yeast fermentation.
