About the Winery

Ayunta is a small, family-owned natural wine producer on the northern slopes of Mount Etna near Randazzo, founded by Filippo Mangione in 2011. The estate farms 2.8 hectares of old vineyards at approximately 700 meters above sea level, producing artisanal wines from Nerello Mascalese, Carricante, and other indigenous varieties without chemicals.
