About the Winery
Flavio Cottini is a family winery in Fumane, in the heart of Valpolicella Classica, with about 13 hectares of vineyards between Fumane and San Pietro in Cariano cultivated using the traditional Veronese pergola method. Founded by grandfather Giuseppe in the 1960s and now run by his granddaughter Matilde, the estate produces Amarone, Recioto, Valpolicella Classico, and Superiore from indigenous Corvina, Corvinone, and Rondinella grapes with manual and selective harvesting.
