About the Winery

Cadis 1898 (formerly Cantina di Soave) is one of Italy's largest and most historic wine cooperatives, founded in 1898 and rebranded in 2023 to give clearer identity to its four production sites across Soave, Valpolicella, Lessini Durello, and Bardolino/Custoza. With over 2,000 grower-members and 6,400 hectares of vineyards producing more than 40 million bottles annually, the cooperative uses its proprietary PROVIT software to monitor vineyards and ensure consistent quality.
