Asjarigato is an artisan winery in the Veneto region, along the ancient Bacchiglione river, led by female winemaker Asja, specializing in natural winemaking with minimal intervention. The estate is known for its Friularo wines from the Bagnoli DOCG area, a historic grape variety prized since the 1400s for its longevity and natural acidity, as well as innovative Pet Nat sparkling wines including Flower Power (Moscato Giallo and Friularo) and Raboseo Frizzante Rose.
