About the Winery

Apollonio Casa Vinicola is a historic Salento winery founded in 1870 by Noè Apollonio in Monteroni di Lecce, Puglia, now in its fourth generation under brothers Marcello and Massimiliano. The estate rigorously selects indigenous Salento varieties including Negroamaro and Primitivo, aging wines in Slavonian oak vats and 220-liter barrels, and distributes its wines to over 30 countries worldwide.
