About the Winery

Ansitz Dolomytos Sacker is a certified organic winery located at 500 meters on the Renon plateau near Bolzano, South Tyrol, on steep south-facing porphyry slopes. Founded by the Sacker family, the estate produces distinctive white blends and single-varietal wines using spontaneous fermentation in 150-liter oak barrels, aged in their unique 70-meter-long underground tunnel cellar.
