About the Winery
Andrea Scovero is a fourth-generation artisan winemaker in Bionzo, Costigliole d'Asti, Piemonte, farming 6 hectares in a natural amphitheater known as 'Ciapin' using certified organic and biodynamic methods. The estate produces small quantities of Barbera d'Asti, Freisa d'Asti, and Piemonte Nebbiolo with indigenous yeasts, no fining or filtering, and minimal sulfur, crafting wines that honor the traditions of his grandparents.
