Amalia Cascina In Langa is an organic-certified estate in Monforte d'Alba, Piemonte, founded in the early 2000s by the Boffa family and now encompassing 7 hectares of vineyards. The estate produces classic wines including Dolcetto, Barbera, Nebbiolo, and Barolo from prestigious crus such as Bussia and Le Coste, along with a rare Rossese Bianco, farming with full organic certification since 2022.
