Altemasi is the prestigious Trentodoc sparkling wine brand of Cavit, produced in the Trentino region from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes grown at elevations between 450 and 800 meters. Named after the 'highest farms,' Altemasi ages its metodo classico wines for a minimum of 36 months on the lees, creating elegant mountain sparkling wines of exceptional finesse and complexity.
