Alfio Cosentino

About the Winery

Alfio Cosentino is a small family estate in Milo on the eastern slopes of Mount Etna, led by Alfio Cosentino who is also the mayor of Milo. The estate is renowned for its Etna Bianco Superiore 'Vigna Don Paolo' made from centenarian Carricante vines planted in the late 1800s at 800 meters elevation, practicing organic viticulture.
