About the Winery
Agricole Vallone is a historic family winery founded in 1934 in Lecce, Puglia, now run by sisters Vittoria and Maria Teresa Vallone across three estates spanning 500 hectares in the Salice Salentino and Brindisi DOC areas. The estate is renowned for its flagship Graticciaia wine made from Negroamaro grapes dried on reed racks, and produces approximately 500,000 bottles annually from indigenous varieties including Negroamaro, Susumaniello, Primitivo, and Fiano.
