Ager Patris (Latin for ""the estate of the father"") is an organic winery in Santa Maria in Colle, Montebelluna, producing Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG wines on 4 hectares of vineyards among 300 olive trees and 80 cypresses. Founded by Patrizio Bof, the estate focuses on organic and sustainable viticulture, with their Sui Lieviti (Col Fondo) awarded as one of the three best wines in the biodynamic-organic sparkling wine category at Vinitaly's 5StarWines selection.
