About the Winery
Abbazia di Praglia is a 12th-century Benedictine abbey at the foot of the Colli Euganei near Padua, where monks produce wine and Metodo Classico sparkling wines following the tradition of Dom Perignon. The abbey's 11 hectares of organically farmed vineyards yield wines including Chardonnay, Garganega, and Raboso Piave varieties, with the Domnus Abbas sparkling wine aged 36 months on the lees.
