About the Winery
Abate Nero, founded in 1973 by Luigi Lunelli in Trento, exclusively produces Trentodoc metodo classico sparkling wines from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes grown in the Dolomites. Their wines are characterized by extended aging on the lees, resulting in refined, elegant sparkling wines with a strong identity tied to the mountainous Trentino terroir.
