About the Winery

Founded in 1971, Caves Cooperatives de Donnas is the dominant producer in the Donnas DOC zone, the first wine region in Valle d'Aosta to receive DOC status. The cooperative groups approximately 20 member growers farming 23 hectares of steep, terraced vineyards, producing primarily Nebbiolo-based wines from the local Picotendro biotype.
