About the Winery
Established in 2017 in the historic Torrette zone of Saint-Pierre, André Pellissier cultivates 2 hectares of vines at 700-900 meters altitude on sandy, glacial soils. The estate produces exclusively red wines from indigenous varieties including Fumin, Petit Rouge, and Vien de Nus, alongside Syrah and Pinot Noir, releasing approximately 9,000 bottles annually.
