About the Winery

Founded in 1989 and fully established as a winery in 2007, Elio Ottin produces mountain wines from 10 hectares of organically farmed vineyards in Quart and Saint-Christophe in the Aosta Valley. The estate, now guided by Elio and his son Nicolas, specializes in indigenous varieties including Petite Arvine, Fumin, Pinot Noir, and Torrette Supérieur, vinified with meticulous care and powered entirely by renewable energy sources.
