Cantine Palesi is an organic winery based at Masseria Palesi in the Valle d'Itria, Puglia, where sustainable viticulture is practiced among ancient olive trees and dry stone walls. The estate produces organic wines that reflect the unique terroir of the Itria Valley, offering vineyard tastings and agritourism experiences from May to October.
