About the Winery

Apollonio 1870 is one of Salento's most historic wineries, founded in 1870 by Noè Apollonio and now run by the fourth generation of the family in Monteroni di Lecce, Puglia. The estate spans 120 hectares and is dedicated exclusively to indigenous Salento varieties, primarily Negroamaro and Primitivo, with wines aged in traditional Slavonian oak vats and barriques.
