Baccolo is a wine brand by Cielo e Terra, a family winery founded in 1908 in the Veneto region, producing Rosso Veneto IGT and Bianco Veneto IGT wines using the partial appassimento (grape-drying) technique. The Baccolo Rosso is a blend of predominantly Merlot and Corvina, offering rich, concentrated flavors of black cherry and spice, while the Baccolo Bianco features Chardonnay and Fiano grapes.
