About the Winery

Champagne Fallet-Dart is a family-owned Champagne house based in Charly-sur-Marne in the Marne Valley. The Fallet family traces their lineage of winegrowers back to 1610, with Claude Fallet and Pierre Fallet (nicknamed 'the eldest') being the earliest documented winegrowers in family records. From 1903 onward, Louis Fallet received numerous prizes for the elegance of his wines and mastery of his vineyard. Today, the estate is run by brothers Adrien and Paul Fallet, who perpetuate the family values of authenticity, quality, innovation, and respect for Champagne traditions. The estate operates on a 'producer and winemaker' model, meaning they grow, make, and market authentic Champagnes exclusively from grapes grown in their own vineyards. Their champagnes are vinified and aged partly in French oak barrels, and have won numerous awards. Their collection includes six distinct cuvées, each revealing a unique style and temperament, including a Rose de saignée known for its exceptional fruitiness. The estate is open for visits Monday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. The Fallet-Dart family has been certified under the Sustainable Viticulture in Champagne program.
