Cave coopérative de Siran
About the Winery
The Cave Coopérative de Siran is one of the oldest cooperative wine cellars in Languedoc, built in 1907. This remarkable stone building with wooden and metal framework represents a historic piece of the region's winemaking heritage. Today, the former cooperative is home to Domaine Mon Jardin de Vignes, an independent estate practicing biodynamic and agro-ecological viticulture on 2 hectares in the Minervois La Livinière cru. The wines are crafted artisanally with minimal intervention, often without any additives. The property includes a wine bar and restaurant, La Cave à Siran, offering local cuisine and natural wines. The site also offers a gîte (holiday cottage) for visitors seeking an immersive wine experience.
