Thibaut Guillermier is a wine producer in the South West France region (Sud-Ouest), one of France's most diverse and underappreciated wine regions. Stretching from the Dordogne river to the Pyrenees, the South West encompasses appellations such as Bergerac, Cahors, Madiran, Jurancon, Fronton, Gaillac, and Saint-Mont. The region is characterized by its use of indigenous grape varieties including Tannat, Malbec (Côt), Négrette, Duras, Braucol, Gros Manseng, and Petit Manseng, alongside more familiar Bordeaux and Rhône varieties. The South West is celebrated for its exceptional value wines and rich gastronomic culture.
