Domaine Bernard Bachelet et Fils is a historic family estate in Chassagne-Montrachet, one of Burgundy's most prestigious wine villages. The Bachelet family has been making wine for multiple generations, with Bernard Bachelet establishing the domaine that would become a cornerstone of the family's winemaking legacy. Chassagne-Montrachet is renowned for its exceptional white wines from Chardonnay, including the legendary Montrachet and Bâtard-Montrachet Grand Crus. The village also produces elegant Pinot Noir reds. The domaine's descendants have gone on to establish their own notable estates, including Marc and Alex Bachelet who created Domaine Bachelet-Monnot, and Vincent Bachelet who runs his own domaine in the village.
