Odile Audier
About the Winery
Odile Audier is the owner of Château La Grâce Dieu Les Menuts, a Saint-Émilion estate that has been in her family for six generations. The 17-hectare property is managed by the Audier family with a deep respect for terroir and tradition. The vineyard is planted to 70% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Franc, and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon, across a mosaic of terroirs ranging from gravelly hilltops of Pomerol adjoining Château Cheval Blanc and Château Figeac to the clay-limestone plateau of Saint-Émilion. The estate is certified ISO 14001 and High Environmental Value (HVE) Level 3, demonstrating their commitment to reducing environmental impact. Wines are crafted with manual harvest, selective grain-by-grain sorting, and aging in French oak barrels (50% new). The Audier family produces wines for aging, characterized by their structure, elegance, and ability to pair beautifully with meats.
