About the Winery
Earl Les Vignobles Beylat is a wine estate in the Bergerac area of South West France, located in Thénac. The estate is situated on the first slopes (155m) of South Bergerac, enjoying a pleasant setting with views over the surrounding countryside. The domaine produces wines under the Côtes de Bergerac appellation, including a sought-after sweet white wine (blanc moelleux). The Bergerac region, known as the 'poor man's Bordeaux,' shares many grape varieties and soil characteristics with its more famous neighbor, producing wines of excellent value from Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Sauvignon Blanc, and Sémillon.
“A Bergerac estate on the southern slopes crafting Côtes de Bergerac wines including sweet whites.”
