Anne-marie Audy
Château Jonqueyres, Saint-Germain-du-Puch, Bordeaux, France
About the Winery
Anne-Marie Audy belongs to the historic Audy family of Bordeaux wine merchants. The Audy bloodline traces back to Antoine Audy, who settled in the Bordeaux region in 1881 and acquired Château Jonqueyres, a fortified rural farmhouse in Saint-Germain-du-Puch, in the heart of Entre-Deux-Mers. Jean-Baptiste Audy established a négociant house in Libourne in 1906, building a reputation trading in local wines. Anne-Marie Audy represents the family's continued presence in Bordeaux wine, connecting to the tradition of Right Bank wine production in the Pomerol and Saint-Émilion areas.
“A member of Bordeaux's historic Audy wine merchant family, continuing a legacy dating to 1881.”
