Dominique Lejas is a viticulteur based in Saint Méard de Gurçon in the South West France wine region, cultivating approximately 12 hectares of vines. His diverse portfolio includes Rose, red, dry white, moelleux (semi-sweet), and sparkling wines, reflecting the rich variety of wine styles that the Bergerac area can produce. The South West of France is known for its blend of Bordeaux-like varieties including Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cabernet Franc, alongside indigenous grapes. Lejas represents the passionate, small-scale winemaking tradition of this gastronomic region.
