About the Winery

Domaine Benoît Raclet is a Beaujolais estate producing wines from the Moulin-à-Vent appellation, one of the ten crus of Beaujolais. Moulin-à-Vent is known as 'the King of Beaujolais' because its wines are the most tannic and full-bodied of the region, with excellent aging potential. The estate produces wines from Gamay grapes grown on pink granite soils typical of the region. The wines are known for their intensity, power, and complexity, with notes of violet and ripe fruits.
