Claudine and Eric Astruc are wine producers in the Languedoc-Roussillon region of southern France. This expansive Mediterranean region is one of the largest wine-producing areas in the world, known for its diverse terroirs and grape varieties. The region produces a wide range of wine styles from varieties including Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre, Carignan, and Cinsault for reds, as well as Vermentino, Grenache Blanc, and Roussanne for whites.
