About the Winery
Caveau des Jacobins is a wine producer in the Jura region of eastern France. The Jura is one of France's smallest wine regions but is highly regarded for its unique and distinctive wines. The region is famous for Vin Jaune, a oxidative white wine aged under a veil of yeast, as well as for traditional styles of Savagnin, Chardonnay, Poulsard, and Trousseau. The Jura's continental climate and marl soils create ideal conditions for these unusual wine styles.
“A Jura producer crafting unique wines including Vin Jaune and traditional varietals.”
