Mas de Cadenet
About the Winery
Mas de Cadenet is a family estate in Provence, currently run by the seventh generation of the Negrel family. Despite climatic challenges that result in lower yields, the family has chosen to prioritize quality over quantity. Their vineyards produce 60% Rose, 30% red, and 10% white wines, with Rolle, Syrah, Grenache, and Cinsault as the main grape varieties. Matthieu, Maud, and Guy Negrel offer three ranges of wines, each composed of three wines (one of each color). The estate practices organic agriculture, and their wines are appreciated by great chefs and featured in gastronomic restaurants. The estate also produces a unique 'vin cuit' (cooked wine) for the traditional Provençal '13 desserts' Christmas celebration.
“A seventh-generation family estate in Provence, certified organic, prioritizing quality over quantity in their Rose, red, and white wines.”
