Château Saint-Jean d'Aumières is a wine estate located in Gignac, in the Hérault department of Languedoc-Roussillon. The estate is part of the prestigious AOC Terrasses du Larzac, one of the newest and most exciting appellations in the Languedoc. The Castan family puts their heart and soul into perpetuating their passion for wine across generations. The property has been recognized in numerous wine competitions including the Concours des vins de la vallée de l'Hérault, Guide Hachette, and Guide Parker. The estate produces wines from AOC Terrasses du Larzac as well as IGP Pays d'Oc and Saint Guilhem le Désert, focusing on red wines that express the unique garrigue-scented terroir of the Larzac plateau.
