About the Winery

Cave du Beau Vallon is a wine cooperative founded in the early 1960s by twenty-four growers in the Beaujolais region. Today, the cooperative vinifies approximately 475 hectares of vines, primarily planted with Gamay for red wines and Chardonnay for white wines, including Beaujolais Blanc and Crémant de Bourgogne. The cooperative is located in the heart of the Pays des Pierres Dorées (Golden Stones Country) in southern Beaujolais.
