About the Winery

Marthe Barjot is a Beaujolais wine producer who has headed a vineyard of about ten hectares for more than thirty years in Saint-Jean-d'Ardières. The estate produces Brouilly wines, one of the ten Crus of Beaujolais, from Gamay grapes grown on granite soils. The Brouilly appellation is known for producing fruity, elegant wines with aromas of red fruits and flowers.
