Earl Bonnepart
About the Winery
Earl Bonnepart, also known as Domaine des Perelles, is a family estate of 12 hectares located in Theizé in the heart of the Beaujolais des Pierres Dorées (Golden Stones) region. Founded and managed by Frédéric Bonnepart, born in 1974, who has been running the estate for over 25 years with a BEPA and BTA in Viticulture and Oenology. The vineyard grows Gamay, Chardonnay, and Sauvignon on mainly clay-limestone soils with south-east exposure. The estate is certified HVE (Haute Valeur Environnementale) and produces wines including Beaujolais, Chiroubles, and Morgon. Frédéric Bonnepart works in the tradition and respect of nature while embracing modern techniques. All harvests are vinified on-site with parcel selection, and bottling is done entirely at the property.
