Jean-Maurice Beaufreton is a wine producer in Luynes, in the Touraine region of the Loire Valley. Touraine is one of the Loire Valley's most diverse wine regions, producing red wines primarily from Cabernet Franc and Gamay, white wines from Chenin Blanc and Sauvignon Blanc, and Rose wines. The region's tuffeau limestone soils and temperate climate create ideal conditions for producing wines with freshness and elegance. The estate crafts wines that express the character of the Touraine terroir, from light, fruity reds to crisp, mineral whites.
