About the Winery

Domaine Olivier d'Auge is a wine estate located in the heart of the Alpilles, in the Provence region. The estate produces wines under the AOP Les Baux-de-Provence appellation, one of Provence's most prestigious wine designations. The Alpilles mountains create a unique microclimate with hot, dry conditions and the cooling influence of the Mistral wind. The estate's wines are crafted from classic Provençal grape varieties including Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cinsault for reds, and Rolle (Vermentino) and Clairette for whites. The terroir of Les Baux-de-Provence is characterized by limestone soils and rocky slopes, producing wines of concentration and mineral complexity.
