Christophe Terrier
About the Winery
Christophe Terrier is a wine producer whose domaine extends from southern Burgundy in the Mâconnais to northern Beaujolais. The estate produces white wines under the Mâcon and Pouilly-Fuissé appellations, as well as red wines from the Beaujolais crus. Christophe Terrier crafts wines from Chardonnay and Gamay, the signature grape varieties of these neighboring regions. The Mâconnais is known for producing excellent value white Burgundy from Chardonnay, while Beaujolais is famous for its light, fruity Gamay wines and the more structured crus. The estate's wines express the diversity of these two complementary regions, from the limestone soils of the Mâconnais to the granite hills of Beaujolais.
“A producer spanning the Mâconnais and Beaujolais, crafting Chardonnay and Gamay wines from limestone and granite terroirs.”
