About the Winery
Cave des Vignerons de Bully is a cooperative winery located in Bully-en-Beaujolais, in the heart of the Beaujolais region. The cooperative brings together multiple growers to produce wines across the Beaujolais appellations, including Beaujolais, Beaujolais-Villages, and several of the prestigious Beaujolais Crus. The cooperative is known as one of the most award-winning wine cooperatives in Beaujolais, producing exceptional cuvées that highlight the diversity of the region's terroirs. Their wines are crafted from Gamay, the signature grape of Beaujolais, using traditional winemaking methods passed down through generations while embracing modern techniques. The cooperative produces a range of wine styles from light and fruity Beaujolais Nouveau to more structured cru wines capable of aging.
