Fabien Baillais is a wine producer in the Beaujolais region of France. Beaujolais is the southernmost wine-growing region of Burgundy, famous for its light, fruity red wines made from Gamay grapes. The region features 10 crus, each with distinct terroir characteristics, from the floral Fleurie to the powerful Morgon and the elegant Moulin-à-Vent. The granitic soils of Beaujolais are essential to the unique character of the wines, giving them freshness, minerality, and fine tannins.
