Sté Vinicole Sainte-Odile is a cooperative winery located in Obernai, one of the most beautiful villages on the Alsace Wine Route. The cooperative produces wines under the Cave Vinicole d'Obernai, one of the most important in Alsace. The wines include classic Alsace varietals such as Riesling, Pinot Gris, Gewurztraminer, Muscat, Pinot Blanc, Sylvaner, and Pinot Noir, as well as Crémant d'Alsace sparkling wines. Obernai is the birthplace of Sainte Odile, the patron saint of Alsace, and the winery takes its name from this historic figure. The wines are known for their gastronomic character, pairing well with white meats, fish, and scallops.
