Cave Coopérative des Coteaux des Hautes Garrigues is a cooperative cellar located in Saint-Martin-de-Londres near the Pic Saint-Loup in the Languedoc-Roussillon region. The cooperative brings together multiple winegrowers to produce wines under the Pic Saint-Loup appellation, one of the most prestigious in Languedoc. The Pic Saint-Loup is known for its dramatic limestone peaks, cool climate, and exceptional terroir for producing elegant red wines from Syrah, Grenache, and Mourvèdre. The cooperative model allows small producers to share resources and expertise while crafting wines that express the unique character of this distinguished terroir.
