Albert De Sousa is a winemaker in Meursault, one of the most celebrated white wine villages in Burgundy's Côte de Beaune. Meursault is renowned for producing exceptional Chardonnay wines, known for their richness, complexity, and ability to age gracefully. The village does not have any Grand Cru vineyards, but its Premier Cru sites and village-level wines are among the most sought-after white Burgundies in the world. The wines are characterized by notes of hazelnut, butter, citrus, and mineral complexity.
