SCEV Jean Trésy et Fils is a wine estate located in Passenans in the Jura region of France. The estate's headquarters is in the AOC Côtes-du-Jura area, with some vines in the AOC Arbois. The domaine produces Vin de Paille (straw wine) and Macvin du Jura (a fortified wine). Vin de Paille is made from grapes dried on straw beds to concentrate sugars, resulting in a rich, sweet wine. Macvin du Jura is a vin de liqueur made by adding grape spirit to unfermented grape must. The estate has a long tradition of producing these unique Jura specialties.
