Claude Buchot is a retired winegrower in the Jura region of France who made natural wines. The estate produced wines from classic Jura grape varieties including Chardonnay, Savagnin, Pinot Noir, and Poulsard. The wines included Côtes du Jura in white, red, and the famous Vin Jaune. Claude Buchot's wines were known for their authentic, natural style with minimal intervention in both vineyard and cellar.
